We are looking for a skilled WordPress developer to design and implement functional and attractive websites for our clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including implementing WordPress themes and plugins, site integration, and security updates.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement functional, attractive, and responsive websites.
- Handle both front-end (CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, HTML5) and back-end (PHP with WordPress functions) development.
- Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
- Translate layouts and wireframes into pixel-perfect, functional pages.
- Perform updates and implement security measures.
- Work with team members and maintain technical documentation.
- Use Git for source code management.
- Develop custom Elementor widgets for enhanced functionality.
- Ensure high-performance and SEO-friendly sites.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in WordPress development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, HTML5.
- Proficiency in PHP back-end development, focusing on WordPress best practices.
- Strong understanding of WordPress file structure, custom functions, hooks, and actions.
- Proven ability to develop and extend custom WordPress plugins and themes.
- Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into pixel-perfect, functional pages.
- Experience with code versioning tools, specifically Git.
- Familiarity with developing and customizing Elementor widgets
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Bonus Points
- Experience in working directly with the clients;
- Experience with Laravel/Symfony
- Experience with headless WordPress solutions
