Anketiranje.rs is a result of a joint effort of the HR professionals and software engineers to design a solution for a quick and reliable way to find out if the employees are satisfied, motivated, and in the right position.
Our Challenge
The main idea behind the software was to create a 360 evaluation system that would minimize the time and effort spent on preparation, execution, and analysis of employee satisfaction in annual or more frequent feedback reports.
Our Solution
Bridgewater Labs built a comprehensive software solution that enables the creation of personalized and industry-specific high-volume surveys, running analysis, and sorting out data in a decision-driven manner. Anketiranje.rs was designed to take users from an email list to a detailed report in just one click.
