1. What we need

Bridgewater Labs LLC Novi Sad, hereinafter referred to as “Company”, is a Controller of the personal data you (data subject) provide us. We collect the following types of personal data from you:

• name and surname, email addresses, phone number, Company position and Company name

2. Why we need it

Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and other regulations in force in the Republic of Serbia and the European Union.

Your personal data are processed only on the basis of your approval a free and express consent to process your personal data for the purposes related to the use of the access to the services we provide. Your consent for the collection and processing of your personal data for a given purpose shall be requested when completing the appropriate form published on the websites of services we provide.

Your personal data shall be used in order to provide access to the services we provide, communication between Company and you, and to inform you about the existing and new content, materials, functionalities, services and other offers that may interest you, and in order to improve the quality of the services we provide.

3. What we do with it

All collected data are electronically stored, and appropriate measures and procedures are applied in order to prevent unauthorized access, maintain the level of personal data protection and use the data collected online in a correct manner.

Your personal data is processed in Bridgewater Labs LLC Novi Sad located in Jevrejska 15, Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia, and hosting and storage of your data takes place on Google Drive, a service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States and Amazon Web Services, Inc., 410 Terry Ave North, Seattle , WA 98109-5210 , US.

No third party providers have access to your data, unless specifically required by law.

4. How long we keep it

Under Serbian law, we are required to keep your documents according to the Data Retention Policy. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed. Any personal data held by us for marketing and service update notifications will be kept by us until such time that you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. 5. What are your rights?

Should you believe that any personal data we hold on you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the ability to request to see this information, rectify it or have it deleted. Please contact us through the Data Subject Access Request Form. DSARF
