ICwhatUC is a customer self-service support application that uses augmented reality, through shared smartphone video, to simplify customer-driven repairs. Best of all, it doesn’t require the customer to download an app to their device.
Our Challenge
ICWHATUC wanted to build the world’s first AR Web tool through the webcam on your mobile browser. AR was well established on native apps but never through a web browser to overlay on video chat.
Our Solution
Bridgewater stepped up to the challenge to provide an AR experience on web like never seen before. We leveraged our top developers that worked tirelessly to make a smooth experience on top of Twilio’s video service and the result was the first ever AR implementation through a browser web camera.
